We believe that endless rounds of interviews are unnecessary, and like to move fast with candidates we’re excited about. The interview process at Playground varies based on role and candidate, but our standard process looks like this: ###### Step 1 ## Application Submit your resume and answer a few questions about your experience through the job posting. ###### Step 2 ## Exploratory chat A brief conversation with one of our recruiters to discuss your experience, career goals, and interest in Playground, while also giving you a chance to learn more about us ###### Step 3 ## Skills & culture fit assessment 1-2 interviews with the hiring manager and other team members to dig deeper into your skills, past experiences, and how you work. Select roles may also be asked to complete a short take home assignment. ###### Step 4 ## Day in office This step in our interview process is a paid, on-site interview at either our New York City or Denver office, depending on where you're located. During your onsite, you'll spend at least half a day working alongside the Playground team and tackling the kinds of challenges you'd take on in the role. It's an opportunity to experience our team, collaborate in person, and get a firsthand look at our culture and day-to-day work. We have found this approach creates a more informed and less biased hiring process, helping both you and us determine whether the role is the right mutual fit. ###### Step 5 ## Final checks If you haven’t already spoken with one of our founders, we’ll connect you for a brief conversation.
